Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 13 years of experience to join our team as a Talend Architect in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement data integration solutions using Talend.
Develop and maintain complex ETL workflows and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and ETL processes.
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and testing procedures.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on Talend best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of data integration concepts and principles.
Experience with Talend development, including workflow design and implementation.
Knowledge of ETL tools and technologies, such as SQL and database management systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
