Job Description

As a Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Network Engineer with 3+ years of experience, your role will involve providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving network-related issues for customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Possessing a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, protocols, OSI model, and network architectures. - Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting routers and switches, dynamic routing protocols, VLANs, STP, and routing policies. - Knowledge of network security principles, firewalls, VPNs, IPS/IDS systems, access control lists, and security best practices. - Experience with network monitoring tools, network management protocols, and performance optimization techniques. - Strong problem-solving skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues efficiently. - Familiarity with networking hardware from various vendors, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and document network configurations and troubleshooting steps. - Willingness to stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry developments. - User-level knowledge of Jira ticketing, Slack usage, and Splunk. Overall, as a TAC Network Engineer, you are expected to possess technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to effectively support and maintain network infrastructure. Please note the following details: - Notice period: Immediate to 15 days - Work mode: work from office - 12 hours shift (4 days working and 3 days week off) - 24/7 support rotational shift (every 3 months),
