Tableau Analyst

As an Analyst at NPS Prism Asia Private Limited, you will be a part of a market-leading, cloud-based SaaS business owned by Bain & Company. NPS Prism provides actionable insights and analysis to guide the creation of customer experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to develop and deliver a commercially successful product across various sectors and regions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain client-ready visualization dashboards using Tableau with support from senior team members - Support data preparation and analysis using tools like Alteryx or SQL - Assist in executing benchmarking surveys, including managing research data and developing sample specifications - Provide ongoing support for subscription customers by generating custom data cuts and preparing insights for delivery - Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality and timely outputs across product operations workstreams - Translate technical concepts and data into clear insights for internal and external stakeholders - Contribute to developing reusable templates, process documentation, and standard work practices to improve efficiency - Demonstrate curiosity and hypothesis-driven thinking to build analytical models for problem-solving Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills: - Education: - Required: Graduate from a top-tier institute with a focus on statistical/analytical coursework - Preferred: Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or Market Research - Experience: - Up to 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence - Hands-on exposure to survey design, data processing, and visualization preferred - Technical Skills: - Advanced knowledge of Tableau for building dashboards and reports - Experience with Alteryx or similar data prep/transformation tools - Basic working knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation - Understanding of core statistical and analytical methods - Other Skills: - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Experience in developing audience-appropriate presentations and deliverables - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Collaborative team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment - Proven self-starter with demonstrated problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset,
