Role Overview: You will be joining Aramya as a TA Lead, Retail in Bengaluru to drive the growth of the company's retail stores. Your main responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end hiring process for various store-level roles, ensuring the recruitment of high-quality teams that embody the unique Aramya experience in every new store and city. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end hiring process for store-level roles such as Store Managers, Cluster Managers, Sales Staffs, Visual Merchandisers, and Support Staff. - Work closely with Retail Ops to facilitate the onboarding of talent for each store. - Develop a reliable hiring engine by utilizing various channels like job boards, walk-ins, referrals, agencies, and campus hiring. - Maintain an active talent pipeline across different regions to minimize turnaround time and support rapid expansion. - Monitor key performance metrics including offer-to-join ratio, turnaround time, cost per hire, and effectiveness by role. - Organize engaging hiring campaigns to position Aramya as a desirable employer in the fashion retail sector. - Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from their initial interaction to their onboarding process. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling bulk hiring and managing timelines for multiple openings, preferably in high-growth or startup settings. - In-depth knowledge of frontline talent, including their motivations, evaluation criteria, and retention strategies.,
