Talent Acquisition Specialist:- The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating with stakeholders to identify staffing requirements and selection criteria Sourcing qualified candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and professional networks Creating compelling job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements of each role Forecasting hiring needs and developing sourcing strategies to meet the company's growth objectives Maintaining detailed records of the recruitment process, including interview notes and hiring decisions Skill required Talent Acquisition Specialist in full-cycle recruiting, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools . A MBA/bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred
