TA Co-ordinator

As a TA Co-ordinator at Loop, you will: - Coordinate interviews & ensure a top-notch candidate experience from the first touchpoint to the final offer. - Screen inbound and outbound profiles and work closely with hiring managers to identify the right talent. - Support employer branding initiatives to help shape and share our story across platforms. - Handle operational & admin support ranging from managing office supplies to creating a great office ambiance. - Take on ad-hoc tasks, whether it's helping with an event or jumping into a new ops project, you're game. What We're looking for: - 1+ years of experience in tech sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a similar role. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - A proactive attitude as you thrive in dynamic environments. - Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset. - Comfort with ambiguity and a "no task too small" approach. - Prior experience in conducting hiring drives and scheduling interviews.
