Your responsibilities as a TA Coordinator will include: - Coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to final offer. - Screening both inbound and outbound profiles in collaboration with hiring managers to identify the right talent. - Supporting employer branding initiatives to help shape and disseminate our narrative across various platforms. - Managing operational and administrative tasks, ranging from office supplies management to creating a conducive office environment. - Being prepared to tackle ad-hoc assignments, such as event support or involvement in new operational projects, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to engage. What We're looking for: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in tech sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a similar capacity. - Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. - Proactive approach to work and ability to thrive in dynamic environments. - Outstanding communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset. - Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive "no task too small" attitude. - Previous experience in conducting hiring drives and scheduling interviews.
