Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for T-shirt Packing Staff located in Palakkad. The primary responsibilities include folding, organizing, and packing T-shirts efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment. Staff members will also be responsible for quality checks, ensuring that each item meets the company’s standards before packing, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to check product quality
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency in completing tasks
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, lifting, and moving products
• Basic communication and collaborative skills to work within a team
• Prior experience in a similar role or familiarity with packing and inventory management is a plus
