The primary responsibilities include folding, organizing, and packing T-shirts efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment. Staff members will also be responsible for quality checks, ensuring that each item meets the company’s standards before packing, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications Attention to detail and ability to check product quality Strong organizational skills and efficiency in completing tasks Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, lifting, and moving products Basic communication and collaborative skills to work within a team Prior experience in a similar role or familiarity with packing and inventory management is a plus
