Systems Integration Senior Specialist - VDI

NTT DATA is looking for a Systems Integration Senior Specialist - VDI to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India. The ideal candidate should be a highly-motivated individual with strong communication skills, a technology-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across different groups. They should be willing to tackle challenges and have a broad understanding of server and desktop/application virtualization. Key Responsibilities: - Support complex system configurations for Citrix, VMware, and MS HyperV platforms - Implement VDI/App Delivery Virtualization projects using various technologies - Develop standards and processes for product uniformity and quality - Interact with clients, account managers, and peers to support VDI/App Delivery environments - Apply best practices to large-scale projects - Update support documentation and create work instructions and knowledge base articles - Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and Change Management processes Required Skills: - 5+ years of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience - Knowledge of storage subsystems and server hardware fundamentals - Engineering experience with x86 technical offerings like VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix - Expertise in engineering and supporting Citrix environments involving XenApp and/or XenDesktop - Technical knowledge of VMware product line and SQL - Experience with Windows Networking, Active Directory, and profile management - Familiarity with networking concepts and enterprise datacenter technologies Additional Requirements: - Accurate ticket documentation and troubleshooting steps - Maintenance of operational systems/resources - Ability to assess, implement, and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure systems - Engineering expertise in mid-sized and Fortune 1000 customer environments - Commitment to achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction - Adherence to deadlines and procedures - Willingness to listen, learn, and improve - Excellent written and verbal English skills About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
