Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer at Quadeye, you will play a crucial role in designing robust, resilient, and fast trading systems that are essential for executing trading strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing real-time trade execution and risk management systems with latency sensitivity that runs into nanoseconds - Identifying bottlenecks in critical paths and optimizing the code for improved efficiency - Researching and implementing opportunities to reduce latencies in areas such as OS, kernel, networking stack, kernel bypass, low latency system tuning, CPU architecture, robust and scalable algorithms, and cache-efficient data structures Qualifications required for this role include: - Good problem-solving skills and proficiency in coding - Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming, preferably in C++ or C - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong work ethics and excellent communication skills - Working knowledge of Linux - Knowledge of Python or Perl is a plus If you are a high-performing individual who is eager to learn, innovate, and excel in a dynamic environment, this opportunity at Quadeye is for you.
