We are looking for a dynamic System Analyst with a strong understanding of SAP business processes, data analytics, and Power BI. This role will support manufacturing operations by analyzing business needs, improving systems, and enabling data-driven decisions through analytics and process automation.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Quality teams to identify system and reporting requirements.

Analyze and document business processes and translate them into SAP functional specifications for enhancements or new developments.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs such as production efficiency, material consumption, downtime, and cost analysis.

Support and improve existing SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, FI/CO) by coordinating with functional and technical teams.

Validate and ensure data integrity between SAP, MES, and Power BI.

Support end-to-end process digitalization and assist in integrating new tools or automation solutions.

Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing), document test results, and ensure smooth deployment of changes.

Integrate applications with databases (SQL Server) and third-party services.

Maintain code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

Provide user training and create documentation for new features and reports.

Work closely with business users & MSP to identify opportunities for process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science,

6 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment.

Hands-on exposure to SAP modules (MM/PP/SD/FI/CO).

Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Web API

Proficiency in Power BI data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and publishing.

Strong Knowledge of SQL, ABAP basics, or Python scripting for data analysis or automation.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, inventory, and costing.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in integrating SAP and Power BI using OData, BW, MES

Exposure to MES systems, ioT/Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Certification in SAP, Power BI, or Business Analysis (CBAP/PMI-PBA) will be an advantage.
