1. Monitor hardware, software, and network components for anomalies and potential issues.
2. Respond to alerts and notifications, investigating and resolving incidents promptly.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and address critical issues.
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to infrastructure, applications, and network connectivity.
5. Collaborate with system administrators, network engineers, and application support team to ensure a coordinated response to issues.
6. Share knowledge with team members and contribute to training initiatives.

2-4 years of experience in Production Application Support
