Job Description

About the Role:

System Performance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor system performance metrics across servers, databases, networks, and applications using specialized tools.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Conduct capacity planning and performance forecasting to support scalability and business growth.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to diagnose and resolve performance issues.
Develop and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs to communicate system health to stakeholders.
Perform load testing, stress testing, and benchmarking on critical systems.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud infrastructure performance monitoring (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Operations).
Knowledge of application performance management (APM) tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to integrate performance testing.
Certifications related to performance engineering or system administration (e.g., CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator).
Experience with virtualization platforms and container orchestration (VMware, Kubernetes).
