Job Title: System Operator Experience Required: 0–1 Year Location: Pan India (Travel required) Eligibility Criteria:Education (Must-Have):Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Arts, Commerce, or Science OR 3-Year Diploma holder (in any discipline) NOTE: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA/MCA are not eligible Other Requirements:Must not be a minor (18+) Two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory Willingness to: Travel as per job needs Skills & Competencies:Must-Have:Good interpersonal skills and cultural awareness Ethical, adaptable, and self-disciplined Basic knowledge of MS Office Decent communication skills Good-to-Have:Certification in Hardware/Networking Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth and secure exam operations for iON assessments Prepare infrastructure pre- and post-exam (venue readiness, systems landscaping, mocks) Monitor IT assets and infrastructure to prevent disruptions or intrusions Maintain buffer inventory of IT assets Timely incident reporting and escalation for technical issues Adhere to SOPs for end-to-end exam delivery Coordinate with: Local infrastructure service providers iON Digital Zone (iDZ) partners Manage exam functionaries on-site Uphold integrity, vigilance, and professionalism in all activities
