**Job Description:** As the System Manager, your primary role will involve managing SAP GBT (GxP & Business Critical), SAP ATTP (GxP & Business Critical), Open Text, and UDI Systems, focusing on maintenance and support planning. You will work closely with the project team on Business Application Onboarding activities and be responsible for GxP systems authorization tasks as relevant. Your key responsibilities will include: - System Budget planning and management - Periodic System Management Activities - Ensuring compliance of IT systems with internal & external requirements for a validated state - Supervising the day-to-day usage, operation, and maintenance of computer systems - Contracting services from suppliers and vendors as needed - Validation of Computer systems and application service - Implementing IT Security Procedures - Preparing Requirement Specifications for Computer Systems - Managing Configuration, Testing, and Users of Computer Systems - Identifying and managing Computer Systems Risks - Handling IT Incidents and Major Incidents, including Disaster Recovery - Managing System Budget, tracking expenses, planning for the future, system contracts, and stakeholder communication - System Transition management as directed by management - Participating in release & upgrade schedules, technical information surveillance, and audits/inspections representation **Scope of Authority:** - Approval of documents as per QMS process - Responsibility for SAP GBT, ATTP, Open Text & UDI systems and authorization tasks - Working independently with minimal supervision - Delegating/mentoring/training System Management activities - Back-up System Manager for additional systems as directed **Communication and Stakeholder Interaction:** Key stakeholders for communication include System Owners and Delegates, Data Owners, SMEs, Department Manager, Project Manager, IT QC/QA, SAP Users, and IT service providers.
