Main Job Tasks
Yearly System Management Activities.
- Monitoring the day-to-day usage, operation, and maintenance of the SSS IT system.
- Validation of IT systems and application service.
- Ensure that the computer system is in compliance with internal and external regulatory bodies requirements.
- Prepare user requirement specifications for system.
- Manage incidents & Problems.
- Handle Change Management (Change Request/Deviation)
- Maintain servers and support server patch management activities as necessary.
- Deployment of New Site Servers.
- De-commissioning of old Site Servers.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the incident and problem management process, make recommendations for improvements
- Maintaining stakeholders relationship across Global IT .
Scope Of Authority
- Assigned acts of authority (QMS requirements) also include information on independence and decision-making authority
Other Areas Of Responsibility
- Must work independently without supervision from manager and only guidance will rarely be required from time to time. Also, the employee might mentor/coach employees in the same area of specialty.

Geographic Responsibility
- SSS,IT systems are used across all NN production sites located globally.
- This position is responsible for often attending meetings outside business hours, if required, for delivering project/release-related tasks.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
Minimum knowledge required to fulfil job responsibilities -Equivalent degreeExperience: 8-10 years of experience in IT and Pharmaceutical industry, handling GxP systems or project, Incident, problem & Change management.Knowledge of and experience with external parties, primarily withcustomers, vendors and consultants.Knowledge of and experience with regulatory requirements (e.g. GMP, 21 CFR Part 11)Personal skills
