Job Description

We are looking for a skilled System Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems architecture, with a strong background in managing complex projects and leading teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop the core technical platform, capabilities, and services that support business processes and data.
Map relationships between IT platform/infrastructure components, including Technology End Users, IT Systems Software & Hardware, and Info-Communications Transmission Networks.
Identify key technology interactions and dependencies across systems/platforms impacting integration, compatibility, and performance targets.
Evaluate total cost of ownership and return on investment of various IT platform/infrastructure alternatives.
Implement short to medium term activities within the business area or support sub-functions in line with department strategy.
Lead a team of Specialists, sometimes with several hierarchical levels, taking full employee lifecycle responsibility.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems architecture.
Strong understanding of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry trends and technologies.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and train others.
Proven track record of driving innovation and developing new solutions for programs, complex projects, processes, or activities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
