Job Description

We’re Hiring: System Engineer – CloudOps at ESDS Software Solution Ltd!

Are you passionate about cloud infrastructure, IT operations, and proactive problem-solving?

CloudOps team


What you’ll do:

  • Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure operations
  • Handle incident tickets and escalations as per SLAs
  • Support system performance monitoring and alert handling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem resolution
  • Participate in process improvement and workflow optimization
  • Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to compliance standards (ISO 27001, 27017, 27018)


What we’re looking for:

  • Hands-on experience with cloud and virtualization platforms (VMware, Xen, Hyper-V)
  • Strong understanding of Windows/Linux systems and monitoring tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Cloud certifications (VMware / Microsoft / AWS Associate level) preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
