Job Description

HTC Global Services is looking for System Engineer (Backup, Monitoring & OS Administration) to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and maintain backup systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they become critical.
Develop and implement OS administration policies and procedures to ensure security and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and other staff members.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of backup, monitoring, and OS administration principles and practices.
Experience with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to design and implement scalable and secure solutions.
Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices for backup, monitoring, and OS administration.
