Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
Monitor system performance, identify issues proactively, and troubleshoot efficiently.
Implement robust security measures to safeguard data and networks.
Perform regular backups and support disaster recovery planning.
Provide hands-on technical support to users and assist with technical documentation.
Learn, evaluate, and implement open-source tools for IT optimization.

Skills We Are Looking For

Good knowledge of Windows & Linux Administration and troubleshooting.
Understanding of networking concepts, server implementation, and basic firewall knowledge.
Ability and eagerness to learn and adopt open-source technologies.
Strong communication skills and basic technical documentation ability.
1 - 5 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply).

Work Location: Hyderabad, Kothaguda.
