System Analyst-Product Owner

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in empathizing, analyzing, documenting, socializing, and driving customer/end-user requirements and features in collaboration with development teams. Your passion for end-user empathy, product conceptualization, and continuous value delivery to end customers will be essential. Additionally, you will leverage your experience in working with cloud-based software services and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Product Managers/Product Owners to translate business requirements into software features and service enhancements. - Continuously refine features, user stories, and enablers based on business goals, ensuring clear and detailed acceptance criteria, and sharing them with the teams. - Take ownership of and manage the product backlog for scrum teams. - Engage with stakeholders including Product & Release Managers, Scrum Masters, architects, development, and QA teams, as well as stakeholders in dependent R&D projects. - Lead content planning and coordinate development tasks. - Influence the entire product life cycle, from ideation through development to market launch, leveraging technical innovations to create a competitive advantage and drive commercial success. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of agile development processes to maximize customer benefits while minimizing costs, focusing on early feedback from all stakeholders.
