System Analyst

Role Overview: As a System Analyst (Market Oriented), you will be leveraging your system analysis expertise and market-driven research skills to enhance the company's competitive edge. Your main focus will be to continuously evaluate the company's offerings in comparison to competitors, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative, technology-driven solutions with a special emphasis on cloud computing, high-performance computing (HPC), and distributed systems. It is crucial for you to collaborate closely with product and development teams to drive market leadership through data-backed insights and technical foresight. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for platform enhancement and provide guidance for product decisions. - Analyze and suggest improvements across public cloud platforms, virtualization layers, container platforms, and infrastructure technologies. - Propose innovative solutions utilizing knowledge of DevOps, AIOps, MLOps, and distributed systems to improve platform scalability, reliability, and market differentiation. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into system specifications and ensure alignment with the product roadmap. - Develop detailed system specifications, UML diagrams, wireframes, and user stories to facilitate efficient planning and development. - Define system-level KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and offer actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement and strategic planning. - Present findings, technical analyses, and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner to technical and business stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
