Job Description

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
Professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator - MCSA) is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management
Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
Experience with or knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies
Familiarity with enterprise backup and recovery procedures
Experience with system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization
Understanding of HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure Management
Configure and optimize cloud servers, security settings, updates, etc.
Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based systems to ensure high availability and performance
Install, configure, and troubleshoot:
Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu)
Java & Tomcat
Apache
Redis
MySQL and MSSQL
Web Servers
FTP and CDN systems
Add and manage FTP accounts and file management
Domain and sub-domain management
Configure email systems and regularly update security setting
