Job Description

IT Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

Ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems.
Monitoring for potential issues in a proactive manner.
Supporting compatibility between systems.
Governing database operations.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain system documentation.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
Provide technical support to end-users.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
2 years of experience in system administration or in similar role.

Shift Timings: 12:30 PM-9:30 PM

This is Work From Office opportunity. (No Work From Home)
