System Administrator

As a System Administrator (SysAdmin), you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting the IT infrastructure of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: Server Management: You will be tasked with installing, configuring, and maintaining servers (both physical and virtual) to ensure they are operating optimally. Network Configuration and Monitoring: Managing network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls, and ensuring the stability and security of the network. System Maintenance: Performing regular updates, patches, and backups to maintain the security and up-to-dateness of systems. User Account Management: Your role will involve creating and managing user accounts, permissions, and access control to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to relevant systems. Security: Implementing and enforcing security protocols to safeguard against unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats. Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnosing hardware and software issues, providing technical support to end users, and resolving system-related problems. Data Backup and Recovery: Regularly backing up critical data and establishing disaster recovery plans to guarantee business continuity. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring system performance metrics such as CPU usage, memory usage, and storage capacity and taking corrective measures when needed. Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of system configurations, changes, and procedures for troubleshooting and future reference. Automation and Scripting: Developing scripts to automate tasks, enhance efficiency, and minimize manual errors. Software Installation and Licensing: Installing, configuring, and ensuring proper licensing for software applications. Collaboration: Collaborating with other IT staff or departments to implement new systems, address issues, or upgrade existing systems. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, a minimum of 2 years" experience as a System Administrator, and strong analytical skills.,
