Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with a strong background in Desktop Support, Networking, and IT Infrastructure Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and securing our IT systems to ensure smooth business operations. The role also involves field visits to client locations for onsite support when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop and technical support for end-users (hardware, software, OS, printers, peripherals).
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux operating systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, and routers.
• Provide onsite IT support at client locations (field work) as per business requirements.
• Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and access control (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Administrator / Desktop Support Engineer / Network Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies
• Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux OS, servers, and networking concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, ITIL.
