System Administrator

As a System Administrator at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing enterprise-level applications and infrastructure, particularly focusing on ensuring the availability, performance, and security of Newgen Core Banking systems and related IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy, configure, and maintain Newgen Core Banking infrastructure - Ensure optimal system performance, security, and high availability - Implement monitoring tools, backups, and disaster recovery strategies - Collaborate with development and support teams to streamline operations - Manage system integrations with APIs and third-party applications - Conduct system audits, compliance checks, and apply security hardening best practices - Optimize system performance through patching and proactive maintenance - Support CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows for application deployment Qualifications: - Minimum 6 years of experience as a System Administrator supporting enterprise applications - Strong expertise in Windows Server administration - Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization tools (preferred) - Experience with security hardening, IT compliance, and system performance tuning - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools In addition to the above details, the company prefers candidates with experience in Newgen platforms, understanding of financial or banking IT environments, and possessing strong documentation and communication skills.
