Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain servers, databases, and ERP infrastructure across on premise and cloud environments.

Install, configure, and monitor Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, and network equipment (routers, switches, access points).

Provide support for ERP applications, including installation, upgrades, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Ensure smooth operation of company-wide IT systems, networks, and software tools.

Manage user accounts, access control, and security policies through Active Directory and related services.

Perform regular system backups, patch management, and data recovery testing.

Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize for stability and speed.

Coordinate with developers and software teams to maintain application servers and database environments (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

Implement and monitor IT security protocols, including antivirus, firewalls, and data protection policies.

Document infrastructure configurations, software installations, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network/System Engineer.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Windows Server and/or Linux Server Administration

Networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching)

Firewall management (Sophos,Fortigate, pfSense, Cisco ASA, etc.)

Good understanding of ERP system environments (application servers, database connectivity, client setups).

Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, ESXI).

Knowledge of backup tools, monitoring systems, and security hardening.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
