Job Summary:

NeSL is looking for System Administrator with hands-on experience. This will be a challenging opportunity and we are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong technical acumen.

Job Responsibility:

Work with in-house technology team/ business domain experts to understand IT Infrastructure requirements
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues that users encounter
Analyse the system and submit proposals for improvement (e.g. implementation of new technology)
Create and verify backups of data
Administer infrastructure including firewalls, switches, Access Point, printers
Review application/system logs
One must verify the daily checklist that includes the assessment of Printers, WiFi access, CCTV NVR, Access Control, among other Infra devices
Knowledge on Windows / Linux Operating System is preferable

Education:

Essential: B.E / B.Tech. in Electronics / Computer Science / B.C.A / M.C.A

Experience & Skills:

Minimum of 4+ years as System Administrator or similar position
Ability to work both independently and as a team member
Ability to professionally communicate both internally and externally with individuals at various levels of an organization
Experience in supporting multiple technologies
Experience in Windows/RHEL as Server/Client OS

Job Location: Mumbai

Travel requirement:

Primary job location is Mumbai, should be prepared to travel anywhere within India for interactions with various solution providers, client sites and NeSL data centre locations.
