Job Description

• System Maintenance – Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and software.
• User Management – Create, update, and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Network Support – Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues under supervision.
• Hardware & Software Troubleshooting – Identify and resolve basic system issues like slow performance, software crashes, or hardware failures.
• Backup & Recovery – Assist in setting up and managing data backup and recovery processes.
• Security Compliance – Follow security protocols, update antivirus software, and apply system patches.
• Log Monitoring – Check system logs for errors, warnings, or potential security threats.
• Technical Support – Provide first-level IT support to employees and escalate complex issues to senior admins.
• Documentation – Maintain records of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and IT policies.
• Learning & Development – Stay updated with the latest IT trends, attend training sessions, and gain certifications to enhance skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: ₹15,105.00 - ₹17,539.00 per month
