Job Description

System Maintenance Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and software. User Management Create, update, and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Network Support Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues under supervision. Hardware & Software Troubleshooting Identify and resolve basic system issues like slow performance, software crashes, or hardware failures. Backup & Recovery Assist in setting up and managing data backup and recovery processes. Security Compliance Follow security protocols, update antivirus software, and apply system patches. Log Monitoring – Check system logs for errors, warnings, or potential security threats. Technical Support – Provide first-level IT support to employees and escalate complex issues to senior admins. Documentation – Maintain records of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and IT policies. Learning & Development – Stay updated with the latest IT trends, attend training sessions, and gain certifications to enhance skills Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile ITI , Diploma (DCA, Computer.)
