Job Description

1. Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows platform & Network administration. 2. Strong knowledge of Routers & Switches (Cisco & HP, Aruba) 3. Experience on windows servers 2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022 4. Knowledge in managing Hyper-V and VMware Hosts. 5. Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems. 6. Experience/knowledge on Firewalls (Sophos) Firewall Rules\Policies, ACL, NAT, VPN setup, routing protocols, VLAN, VPN & Network Security etc. 7. Handling of EPABX, UPS. 8. Other common computer hardware troubleshooting skills. 9. Strong Experience in Anti-virus server & Network security. 10. Experience in Patch management (WSUS). 11. Should be able to maintain and manage Active Directory / DNS / File Server / Print Server. 12. Experience in maintaining/managing servers and desktops remotely. 13. Experience in handling of CCTV NVR system. 14. Willing to work in Rotational shifts and weekends. 15. Knowledge in ISO 27001 is added advantage. Desired Skills: 1. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and should be able to support users at offices in US & Europe. 2. Honest at work. 3. Self-Motivated and Initiative driven. 4. Ability to resolve complex issues and queries. 5. Basic understanding of Information Security Management system.
