Pricing comparison and buy products as per requirement (Computer hardware/ graphic card/Basic needs) Installation & Troubleshooting of Windows OS. (XP, 2007, 2010) Installation & Upgrade of Drivers. Updating antivirus, troubleshooting virus issue. Handling user related queries. Solving queries of homebased users, and creating FTP account with Remote Access (TeamViewer/Ammyy admin/Anydesk) Installing other software Configuring outlook express for users.
