System Administrator – L2 Support Engineer

Role Overview

• We are seeking a

  System Administrator – L2 Engineer

  to manage escalated IT support issues, administer servers and cloud services, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  L2 escalations

  for desktop, operating system, application, and network issues
• Administer

  Windows Server

  ,

  Active Directory

  ,

  DNS

  , and

  DHCP

• Manage

  Microsoft 365

  services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, users & licensing)
• Support

  virtual environments

  using VMware and/or Hyper-V
• Troubleshoot

  LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN

  , and basic firewall issues
• Assist with

  backups, monitoring, and preventive maintenance

  activities
• Maintain accurate

  IT documentation and asset records

Requirements

• 3–5 years

  of experience in

  L2 IT Support / System Administration

• Strong knowledge of

  Windows OS and Windows Server environments

• Hands-on experience with

  Active Directory and Microsoft 365

• Basic understanding of

  networking and IT security concepts

• Strong

  troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with

  FortiGate firewalls

  ,

  Intune

  , or

  MSP environments

• Relevant

  IT certifications

  (Microsoft, CompTIA, Fortinet, etc.)
