Role Overview We are seeking a System Administrator – L2 Engineer to manage escalated IT support issues, administer servers and cloud services, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities Handle L2 escalations for desktop, operating system, application, and network issues Administer Windows Server , Active Directory , DNS , and DHCP Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, users & licensing) Support virtual environments using VMware and/or Hyper-V Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN , and basic firewall issues Assist with backups, monitoring, and preventive maintenance activities Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset records Requirements 3–5 years of experience in L2 IT Support / System Administration Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Windows Server environments Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Basic understanding of networking and IT security concepts Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills Nice to Have Experience with FortiGate firewalls , Intune , or MSP environments Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Fortinet, etc.)
