System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:Server & Infrastructure Management

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
• Monitor server health, performance, and capacity to ensure uptime.

Active Directory & Identity Management

• Administer and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and organizational units (OUs).
• Ensure AD replication and authentication health.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Configure, monitor, and maintain backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).
• Ensure regular and successful backups of critical systems and data.
• Conduct periodic restoration tests and ensure disaster recovery readiness.

Security & Compliance

• Perform regular vulnerability assessments using tools like Qualys or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Coordinate patch management and remediation of security gaps.
• Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CIS, etc.).

Incident Response & Monitoring

• Investigate, analyze, and respond to IT and security incidents.
• Monitor logs and alerts from SIEM and endpoint protection tools.
• Recommend and implement preventive measures to reduce risks.

Network Administration

• Support LAN/WAN, firewall, and VPN configurations.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
• Collaborate with vendors for network equipment maintenance and upgrades.

User Support & Documentation

• Provide Level 2/3 support for end-user issues related to systems, applications, and networks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, policies, and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,938.07 - ₹40,733.02 per month
