Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining networks, security systems, and end-user support, while safeguarding sensitive client and property documents.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
• Manage and monitor CCTV systems and access control devices.
• Implement data backup and recovery measures to protect company, client, and property-related documents.
• Maintain and upgrade hardware, storage devices, firewalls, and mail servers.
• Ensure domain and email security for company-wide communications.
• Coordinate with vendors and AMC providers for IT infrastructure and network support.
• Manage employee accounts in HRMS, CRM, and other business applications.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and biometric devices.
• Provide end-user support, resolving day-to-day IT and technical issues for employees.
• Cloud experience, Networking and Linux knowledge is preferrable.
• Should be able to purchase and manage domains
• Website hosting is required.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT/System Administration.
• Hands-on experience with storage solutions, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
