System Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, hardware, and software.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Ensure security through access controls, firewalls, and backups.
Regularly update systems with security patches and upgrades.
Provide technical support and resolve IT-related queries.
Maintain documentation of system configurations and processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers and networking concepts.
Problem-solving attitude with good communication skills.
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
