System Administrator

You will be joining Dixit Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd., a prominent information technology service integrator and solution provider in India. Your role will primarily involve working in a Windows Server environment, focusing on file server roles. You should have a strong understanding of Active Directory, including user/group management, group policies, and permissions. Experience with file/folder permission delegation, NTFS, and share-level permissions will be essential for this position. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring network share drives, drive expansion changes, and creating shares using CIFS/NFS. Basic knowledge of Active Directory and groups, Outlook distribution lists, and ITIL processes such as incident and change management will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with users and explain technical concepts. The ability to apply permissions to share drive access, manage user data transfer, and troubleshoot Roaming Profile/Citrix Profile issues will be valuable skills in this position. If you have 1 to 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and possess skills in active directory, NTFS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, NAS, Service Now, and storage, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
