As part of the job, you will be required to work on Source profiles relevant to the client requirements Regular update of profiles on ERP systems Identify potential profiles using client tracking systems Tracking profiles submitted on client tracking system. Work closely with clients to understand the job requirements and sourcing strategies. If your beliefs resonate with these, you are looking at the right place! Good to have: Experience working with HIRE or similar recruitment platforms. Prior experience in diversity sourcing and compliance-based hiring. Understanding of regional hiring practices and recruitment market trends. Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and screening results. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a global environment.
