System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Windows Server Administration

• Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Administer

  Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP, and DNS

  .
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

Cloud & Identity Management

• Administer

  Office 365 and G-Suite accounts, licenses, and email security

  .
• Manage

  Azure AD, Intune, MDM/MAM, Jamf

  for device and application management.
• Implement

  MFA and SSO integrations

  .

Networking & Security

• Configure and troubleshoot

  LAN/WAN, switches, and wireless networks

  .
• Manage and monitor

  firewalls (Fortinet preferred)

  and security policies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot

  3CX phone systems & IP telephony

  .

Hardware & Peripheral Management

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot

  printers, scanners, CCTV/IP cameras

  .
• Maintain

  IT asset inventory and lifecycle management

  .

Virtualization & Backup

• Manage

  VMware / Hyper-V environments

  .
• Maintain

  backup & recovery solutions

  for business continuity.

IT Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide

  L2/L3 support

  for system, network, and end-user issues.
• Document technical processes and maintain an IT knowledge base.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2.5–3 years of proven experience as a System Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of

  Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)

  and Active Directory.
• Expertise in

  DHCP, DNS, GPO, File Server Management

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Office 365, G-Suite, Azure AD, Intune, Jamf

  .
• Good understanding of

  TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs

  .
• Experience in managing

  Fortinet firewalls

  .
• Knowledge of

  VMware / Hyper-V

  .
• Familiarity with

  backup solutions & disaster recovery procedures

  .
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified:

  Azure Administrator Associate

• Microsoft 365 Certified:

  Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

• CompTIA Network+ / Security+
