System Admin (immediate joiner)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled System Administrator with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure, routers, networks, and containerized environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in LAN/WAN configuration, network troubleshooting, and Docker/Kubernetes administration to ensure smooth operations of systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls for secure and reliable network connectivity.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor network performance, diagnose issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters for application hosting.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access controls.
• Collaborate with the DevOps and development teams for smooth deployment cycles.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery and failover strategies.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years of proven experience in system administration.
• Strong knowledge of routers, switches, LAN, and WAN technologies.
• Experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows server administration.
• Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform.
• Certification in networking (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
