Swimming Life Guard cum Coach (Female)

1. Key Responsibilities:1. Coaching & Training:

• Conduct swimming lessons for beginners, intermediate, and advanced swimmers (adults and children).
• Plan and implement structured swimming coaching sessions and training programs.
• Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and monitor performance for improvement.

2. Lifeguarding & Pool Safety:

• Maintain constant surveillance of pool area to ensure the safety of swimmers.
• Rescue swimmers in distress and administer first aid or CPR when required.
• Ensure all swimmers adhere to pool safety rules and hygiene standards.
• Check water depth markers, safety equipment, and rescue tools are in proper working condition.
• Report and record any incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.

3. Pool Maintenance & Hygiene:

• Ensure cleanliness of pool deck, changing rooms, and surrounding areas.
• Test and monitor pool water quality (chlorine, pH levels, temperature) and report deviations.

4. Member Service & Administration:

• Greet and assist members and guests courteously.
• Maintain attendance, training, and safety records.
• Assist in organizing swimming meets, events, and club aquatics programs.
• Support club management in enforcing policies related to swimming pool usage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
