Job Description

Job Title: Swimming Coach (Female preferred)

Job Purpose

IB philosophy

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct swimming lessons for students of varying ages and abilities.
Teach swimming techniques, water safety, and basic lifesaving skills.
Ensure student safety and follow school safeguarding and pool safety policies.
Support school swim teams, training, and competitions.
Maintain swimming equipment and facilities.
Promote teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship in line with IB values.

Qualifications & Experience

Recognized
Swimming Coach/Instructor certification
.
Valid
CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certification
(preferred).
Experience working with children in a school setting.
Experience in an IB or international school is an advantage.

Skills & Attributes

Strong swimming and coaching skills
Excellent student management and communication
Commitment to student safety and well-being
