Job description

The engineer will be responsible for SW Integration testing of Automotive infotainment system

Experience (yrs.)

3-8 years in Automotive infotainment software testing

Skills and competencies

Must have knowledge of: Python, Cucumber BDD framework, Android Framework

Must have worked on automation test tools: Vector CANOe /vTestStudio

Shall be responsible for:

• SWE5 / SWE6 Test Level


• SW Test case analysis


• Test case automation


• Python Scripting / CAPL scripting


• SW Requirement and SW Architecture analysis


• Test case writing


• Test case execution


• Defect management

Good to have experience in debugging SW code

Experience on Automotive protocol: CAN, UDS, XCP , SPI , I2C

Experience in White box / Grey Box testing / Black Box

Awareness of Automotive protocol like CAN.

Worked on requirement management tools like: JIRA, DOORS

Aware of Defect management.

Shall have worked in Diagnostic testing based on UDS14229.

Good to have experience in

-Cockpit Electronic domain

-ASPICE process awareness is a PLUS

-Embedded SW development

-Configuration management tools GIT

-Defect management tool JIRA

Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements of new changes, designing test cases and perform the execution for integration testing.


• Responsible for testing customer requirement and generating reports.


• Coordinates with feature stakeholders and development team


• Responsible to automate the test cases
