Role Overview: As a Senior Vice President in the Digital Delivery Practice Lead role, you will lead a talented team of AI engineers and data scientists to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. Your responsibilities include driving the entire lifecycle of AI application development, overseeing project delivery, collaborating with cross-functional groups, and setting up best practices in software engineering. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI application development, ensuring solutions align with business goals and high-quality standards. - Manage the delivery of AI projects, implementing agile methodologies and DevOps practices for efficient project development and delivery. - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand use cases, define AI strategies, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Lead and mentor a diverse team of AI engineers, data scientists, and software developers to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and machine learning, promoting the adoption of AI solutions to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency. Qualifications: - 20 years of experience in delivering software engineering and AI solutions with technical delivery of large digital projects. - More than 10 years of experience in end-to-end delivery, hands-on experience with cloud data AI and full stack. - Profound understanding of technical architecture, ability to conduct technical assessments, and blueprint clients" technology stack. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree from a premier institute (preferably IIT). - Proven track record of leadership in delivering AI/ML and digital solutions at scale, managing large teams and complex project portfolios. - Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment fostering excellence and innovation.,
