SVP Finance & CFO

As the Senior Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer at an Indian Manufacturing Conglomerate, your role will involve converting strategic vision into operating goals and business modeling for monitoring and reporting. You will be responsible for handling mergers and acquisitions, including the due diligence process, evaluation of deals, and price negotiations. Additionally, you will be preparing detailed project reports, justifying Capex proposals through ROI analysis, and monitoring and managing the progress of long-term projects. You will also partner with Treasury in fund management at the group level, including capital rationing and allocations to various initiatives. Furthermore, providing leadership to the consolidation team in preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements (quarterly & annual) will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
