A Real Estate CRM Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring efficient lead tracking, client interaction management, and data analysis to drive sales and improve customer experience within the real estate market, by strategically implementing CRM features, training agents on proper usage, and monitoring data quality to maximize lead conversion and client retention. Key Responsibilities:ONLY FEMAIL CANDIDATE REQUIRED : Experience : 8years + CRM Implementation and Management:Select, implement, and configure a CRM system tailored to real estate needs. Develop and maintain custom fields and workflows within the CRM to streamline processes. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. Data Management and Analysis:Establish data quality standards and ensure accurate data entry across the team. Analyze CRM data to identify trends, generate insights, and inform sales strategies. Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like lead generation, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Lead Generation and Nurturing:Develop lead capture strategies to generate new leads through various channels (website, social media, email marketing). Implement lead nurturing campaigns to qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel. Customer Relationship Building:Encourage agents to utilize the CRM to maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the buying/selling process. Monitor customer feedback and address concerns to enhance client satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within the real estate industry.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication and training abilities to effectively train agents on CRM usage.Understanding of real estate sales processes and customer lifecycle.Marketing automation knowledge is a plus.
