What You'll Do

• Coordinate the production of printed packaging materials and related services for customer orders
• Review and verify customer instructions before jobs enter the production schedule
• Communicate with customers throughout the process to ensure expectations are met
• Monitor job progress and work with manufacturing teams to address any issues
• Support pricing estimates and assist with RFPs or special requests
• Collaborate with vendors and internal plants to coordinate materials or components
• Assemble final job paperwork for accurate billing and reporting

What You Bring

• Graduate with 3+ years of administrative or production-related experience
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
• Strong organization and time management able to manage shifting priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Easy Metrics, Dayforce, and Logistics PRO a plus!)
• A solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work across teams
• Internal candidates must be in good standing with no current disciplinary action

Shift - 6:30Pm to 3:30 AM

Notice - Immediate or 15 days

Work Mode - Hybrid
